Directions

Recommended Daily Dose: Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons). Under 12 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon). For Winter Use: Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily. Under 12 Years: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
